Great buffet, drinks are good not too strong or weak, great service, beautiful beach and pool facilities. Not crowded or wild party atmosphere. Perfect for group getaways.

It was clean, beautiful grounds& rooms , the restaurants had excellent food for an all inclusive, and the drinks were great too. you pretty much could ask for anything and they would make it if you have favourite liquor. We were there for 10 days and never got tired of any of the food or restaurant or bar or pools. There were so many options and the beaches were amazing beautiful white sand you could walk forever .. best beaches that we have been to in Cancun so far We walked 10,000 steps a day. It was beautiful .

Just returned from a five night stay at the new Majestic Mirage resort in Costa Mujeres. I have been to the sister resort, Majestic Elegance, three times, so I thought I’d try the new one for a change. The property is beautiful. It’s a mirror image of Elegance, with architecture and landscaping. There are some rough edges that need to be smoothed out, but all in all, it’s a comfortable place for a relaxing vacation. For example, there is no signage at the restaurants, making it very easy to miss the entrance to any one of the options. Also, there are no printed menus, so you must bring your phone to scan the QR code to download menu choices. Nothing earth shattering, just little issues that will likely be resolved soon. Check-in was a breeze. It took less than 20 minutes to complete the process. The front desk people are friendly and professional. All I needed was to present my passport and credit card. Then, I was introduced to my butler, Val. Val is a wonderful young lady who seems to know everything about this resort and how it all works. It was a real pleasure to have her help me throughout my stay, making my holiday more fun and worry free. She helped schedule my spa day, taking care of all the details. It was a worry free, incredible experience. She also provided assistance when my return flight was rescheduled and I had to change the pick up time by my taxi. I couldn’t have done it without her help. She is truly a valuable asset to Majestic Mirage and a wonderful person to talk with! I had an oceanfront suite in the Mirage Club section of the resort. These are lovely, spacious rooms with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. Truly an awesome experience. Housekeeping was impeccable. Their attention to detail in keeping my room clean and tidy was impressive. Everything was always in its place, easy to find. I needed extra coffee, so all I did was ask, and it was delivered in a flash! The beach is beautiful. Every morning, they have a tractor that scoops

It was excellent from start to finish. One of the best hotels we have been.

They have a ton of things to do and lots of restaurants to visit. It will take a while to walk around the resort but its really nice and the walks are all very relaxing. The Rafael Nadal academy is super cool, definitely recommend for tennis fans.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The beach club was nice.

Food was amazing-far exceeded my expectation. The resort is lovely. Having access to the Rafa Nadal tennis center was a great addition - we played every day. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Everything about this resort was amazing and the wedding I attended was absolutely stunning and amazing. My room was off of the lazy river side loved the view will return with my family next summer

One of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever seen! This place is like a work of art from the architecture to the interior design, unless not mention that it has an art gallery, which makes you feel like you’re in the loop that’s next to a beautiful beach🦋 I was celebrating my birthday and this property and the people at the hotel went above and beyond my expectations to deliver me a most memorable birthday celebration❤️

Very clean, very friendly, would definitely return

This was our second year staying at the property. We love the proximity to HIdalgo and the fact that you are beachfront. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. We will be back next year!!
