I really appreciate the simple comfort of this hotel. I thought they provided excellent attentiveness to any requests and they were always checking in that I was happy. The owner Beatrice is there everyday with a smile on her face. The cleaning staff and night watchmen were very friendly and helpful as well.

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. The garden and pool area was very nice, we used the pool each day. The location was great, with lots of restaurants and tiendas nearby, and a very short walk to the beach. Free drinking water on each floor of the hotel, there was a little jug and glasses in the room (I particularly liked this as it meant I didn't have to buy plastic bottles, so more eco-friendly). The wifi was strong enough in the room for me to do my work. The staff were friendly.

Nice and quiet. Beds were confortable, big pool was great, water was perfect not cold or hot. Lots of space inside the property.

Beautiful place and good service

Great location; close to beach and restaurants. Gracious hosts. Great communication. Easy check in and out. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Location and amount of space in the apartment

The location was excellent on the canal. Close enough to walk into town and the malecon. Beautiful courtyard and the flowers and plants were gorgeous!

We travel a lot and by far this was one of the nicest we have been to. Eileen and her husband were wonderful.We will be returning with Arnold our dog.
