Very beautiful apartment with wooden floor, marble kitchen and bath tub. Big swimming pool with new gym. Conveniently located above mini shopping malls with bars with ocean view. Good eatery nearby (33 best hub). Host very friendly too.

Owner last 2 hours informed me that my original booked unit was not available and offer another unit.

We loved our Christmas stay at this Jazz Suite. The apartment is massive with 3 bathrooms and a high-floor sea view that clearly overlooks the ocean and islands. It's incredibly quiet—with windows closed, no motorbike noise reaches you, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The Samsung TV was excellent for Netflix and YouTube. Location is unbeatable: a short walk to the promenade, right across from Lotus’s supermarket, and close to Straits Quay dining. It’s also a very convenient base for quick Grab rides to the Botanical Gardens, Youth Park, Penang Hill, and the Tropical Spice Garden. Highly recommended for the space and serenity!

1. I love how helpful the host, Chloe and her staff, Haris were throughout! Received all the useful information such as how to check-in/checkout, how to use the facilities, reminders of the house rules, etc. The Host was ready to help when my arrival time got delayed which hinders my checking in process but her quick arrangements and cool approaches were the reason the stay was awesome. 2. After a whole day of touring Penang, the comfortable beds were the next best thing! There were 3 sofa beds but even those are great. 3. Some items are not available like detergent or bowl/plates that are microwavable BUT! no big deal. There are few stores below where you can buy your extra necessities. Which is another plus point for this place - easy access to grocery stores and 7 eleven. 4. The room and the view itself is great. Didn't get to try the swimming pool but it's open from 10am to 10pm. Definitely recommend this place to whoever wants to have a holiday in Penang.

Not my first time staying here. Location is very strategic and near to the amenities. Ample parking, big rooms and unit is very spacious. Great host and very responsive and helpful.

He went above and beyond to provide us with the best possible service, distinguishing himself among all his colleagues. I will never forget his warm welcome, which made me feel as I stay in my own home not in a foreign place, and this is the ultimate goal of all hotels. He truly deserves to be recognized as the best employee.
