Breakfast was value, good mix for the price! We had the family sea view.. Worth It! get that one. Staff was friendly and Helpful. Parking was plenty

We had a pleasant 3 days and 2 nights stay. The room was comfortable, the pool was great and very kids-friendly. The hotel is also conveniently located near the beach.

Everything the minute we walked in the hotel such a lovely welcome. Fast checkin and all explained. We had a small problem solved so well by Jeff. Great breakfast with again v highly trained staff.

we had a very relaxing time at the property. it is very tidy place. A variety of dining and convenience shops at the doorstep.

Staff is very friendly, the room is very clean and spacious, most importantly very nearby to three mall within walking distance

the room is very clean, the hotel is also near to the food stall, near to mamak also!! they serve delicious naan bread with tandoori 😆😆 open 24hr... u can just walk to the restaurant whenever u got hungry... this hotel is very strategic... near to all food access.. burger stall in front of police station... walkable mamak restaurant, food court & also akob patin tempoyak

The size of the room that felt comfortable for solo travel

The room is new and clean and super big too , the toilet is clean and big ans got hot shower and the tv can open utube and many chanels , also got a cute cat also there

Everything about this stay was perfect. It has every facility you need for a vacation with small kids - near to beach, pool, playground, laundry, snacking stall, eateries nearby. Plus, the room is clean, neat and worth the spend. Staff manager named Anis was perfectly accommodative in attending to our needs, making me feel at home. She is professional, warm and definitely a gem to Maya Abaya Hotel. My kids love her, and I will surely come again to her positive vibes.

It was a really nice place for a short break and the place was clean with all the utilities included. So many shops around for food and groceries. It's very simple to get the keys and a parking lot is provided.

Staff was so kind and cheerful. I asked for room to be close together luckily we got it! Also the price is cheap for the room. It was spacious and cozy. We got the breakfast, all so delicious we taste a little bit of everything. Can't wait to come again. Thank you!!

Right in town. Can walk to food places n kuantan tower. Nice little cafes' around.

The location is in the city centre surrounds with many restaurants, shops and facilities.

The view was superb. For an Airbnb option, the room really feels like a hotel. The bed was comfy and thankful for the cutleries and plates/bowls etc provided. The pictures in booking didn't do enough justice to the actual room we got hahaha
