This hotel is more than just a place to stay; it is a home away from home due to a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and great experiences. The hotel/resort staff are very friendly and accommodating. Everyone goes the extra mile and is genuinely happy to assist.

Breakfast was very good and substantial- eggs, avocado, bread, and cheese. The rooms were also nice and clean, and had AC which is sometimes hard to come by in Peru. The staff were helpful with any questions or requests and the common area was a nice area to hang out. The hotel was also in a convenient location for walking to the main street for meals and tours!

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a nice view of the ocean. It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.

Excellent experience overall. They checked us in about 3 hours early and even upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost, which set the tone right away. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything felt smooth, professional, and well-managed.

This place was great. Super clean and very helpful staff. we booked our tours through them and he made sure we were first in line for the islas ballestas and even gave us tips for getting the nest views. So sweet. Also hot water!!

Excellent breakfast and super friendly staff. Mary is a great person who offered help, good advice and guidance as and when needed throughout our stay. Great service and hospitality. Highly recommend to other travelers.

For me it was excellent stay for this price. Clean room with comfy bed, everything was new including bathroom facilities, good wifi, breakfast was included. Location was also perfect for me - just round the corner of mail street. Also staff was very nice and friendly.

Good location with a beautiful view from the breakfast terrace. It is a bit expensive for the comfort and quality of the hotel but a good experience overall.
