The staff was super friendly and made our experience better. The room was spacious and clean, and we had an amazing view of the beach and Qatar in the distance.

We enjoyed the pool and the beach, fun areas for family. We were surprised to be given a free room upgrade at the front desk, we really appreciate the receptionist who did this for us. Overall, the staffs were great but Ms. Monika of Sushisamba and Ms. Jonalyn of By Water were exceptional; they were very accomodating and pleasant. The food at Sushisamba were tasteful and a good value for money. The room that’s been assigned to us had a balcony and a nice view; was clean and had a beautiful interior. I personally loved the little details and bits of art that gave so much character to the room. They also have hardbound books that you can read if you stay there for a long time; the stories were classic and good to read too.

The pool and beach were exceptional fabulous view from the windows, staff was extremely friendly, room service was very kind and would offer to do anything, every day we would come back and find a desert on the table

I liked all the staff from entering the building until the room. The room was spacious we were 2 and a baby and the room was enough. I also liked how quiet it was

The location was convenient. The staff was friendly, professional and very welcoming. Loved the room they gave me. It has a very nice gym, great equipment, very clean. Sol: Concierge, Srikant: Front Desk, Frederick: Concierge, Sikandar: Concierge and the team at the breakfast were exceptionally helpful.

From the warm welcome I received from the reception and reservations staff, their attentiveness in ensuring I had everything I needed, to the cleanliness of my room, and the follow-up by the hotel team both during and after my stay, this was truly a remarkable achievement.

The welcoming package is as excellent the lady at the reception from one African country next to South Africa I have forgotten her name treated my check in nicely . At the restaurant on the dinner night this two amazing lady one from Philippines her name is Rhea and the other lady who work at the reception of the Fuego restaurant she is also an Asian lady and she is their designer she made our stay and our dinner so amazing and entertaining with the cake present and wonderful cars she present all thanks to JW Marriott, Rhea takes nice pictures and she is so good in it and she thought me how to also do some stuff on my phone while taking pictures this last days of my stay in Doha was absolutely fantastic, I also love the access to the mall directly from the hotel is so amazing and made my stay more stressful . I will Come back .

The hotel is very nice but what is really remarkable is the staff. From the receptionist to the people who help you with the luggage and help you figure out the facilities, everybody does an amazing job on making the guests feel comfortable. Koodos to the entire team!

Not first time, it is a place to relax for parents and to enjoy for kids. Perfect food and friendly stuff.

The location was perfect and quite place good for family and good room service and the room is large everything what I needed for the family is there kitchen microwave cooker washing machine dishes everything is perfect and it worth it for the value of money and the stuff was friendly especially Jawaadh, Risan , Vithursan , Theepak for the room service
