Very nice room, more then expected for a 3 star hotel

Everything was in a top shape and for a family weekend is the perfect place to be

The staff, cleaning, location. The hotel is renovated and everything is new.

The place the surroundings ,the amenities and the beautiful yard for my child.. it's a kid friendly and the staff is very nice. They clean so well the room and make it smell nice. I will definitely come back here..the parking is very accessible as well

It's our second stay here and we enjoyed our time. The staff is awesome, helpful and friendly, the rooms are spacious, the AC works well and the garden is perfect for enjoying a coffee. And the cats are adorable!

The hotel, pool and beach are fine. The furniture and air conditioning in the rooms are a little outdated, but OK. The breakfast was very good, with many options for any taste. The restaurant has an international menu, and the waiters were very helpful. The pool was very clean, warm and surrounded by flowers, and a nice music playlist all day long. All in one, a good hotel where you can relax and forget that you are in Venus.

If you're not a heavy cofee buff, (like I am), the breakfast could pass as acceptable. The Indian / Nepalese / Bangladeshi staff however was GREAT. I think those guys are the only thing GOOD about this place. They really went out of their way to make our miserable stay, as pleasant as possible. Room is 2-3 stars at best. No carpeting, shower looks improvised. It was nowhere near what you would expect from a 4 stars hotel Not to mention the music that kept you up well beyond midnight, either coming from the hotel it's self, or, from the other places in the vicinity. So... Relax? No. I don't think so. Oh and don't be fooled by the pool. That's a place where kids jump in from 3 - 4 water sliders around, which is great for the kids, but awful lif you want some peace and quiet at the pool. Swimming in that pool? Not such a great experience either. It's always full of kids junping in, which is why you probably should opt in for a chair not very close to the pool if you just wanna relax. Along with those kids, were grown-ups jumping in spalshing all over the place. Also, Don't be fooled by the location. It's close to the SEA. But NOT necessarily close to any usable, nice beach. All beaches in the area are occupied and filled up to the limit by the other surrounding hotels guests. So... You need to do some 2 Km walk towards Saturn, to get to a decent beach.

Everything was perfect, especially the food and the heated pool. Clean rooms, great evening shows. Best all inclusive I have ever stayed.

I loved that they checked us in earlier as the room was available and they also let us check out late. By far, the most important thing for us was that the location is pet friendly. For sure we will be back

The location is great, we enjoyed the swimming pool area. Food was good,not great but we were very happy with the food choices which are available. Staff very friendly. AC available, working properly and no extra charge for it. The price for the accomodation is correct. We left the hotel satisfied and thinking to come back next year.

Exceed my expectations, even my wife's expectations. First impression: it's a 4 star plus, hotel. If it had conference rooms and spa could be a five stars hotel when it comes about the confort, sound insulation, cleanliness, staff, food and so on. Probably the rooms size, which is not very generous pull back the hotel to only 4 stars. Try it and you'll come back, for sure.

The reception manager was extremely nice, offered a free upgrade to my room and free late check-out at 3 pm. The room was very nice, clean, with a beautiful seaview.

Everything was wonderfull, especially the staff at the bar and terrace
