Location, staff, breakfast! I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Deniz! They helped me to find a private taxi to go and explore Gallipoli Peninsula and ANZAC, when I accidentally booked a tour in Turkish language. I had an amazing view from the balcony and everything was working perfectly in the room, from TV to A/C, from hot shower to comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing and huge with a beautiful view.
