We had amazing trip in alanya and we had aweek in Saphir hitel &Villas What amazing staff espicially MR WALID at the reciption. And nice animation team . clean room nice views. All the people in the hotel were very freindly. I highly reccomend this hotel❤️❤️

Clean in general - rooms, facilities, pool. Great food, friendly staff, kids friendly... Location is great and this hotel offers more then you can expect for a price paid.

The hotel is very nice and we had everything we needed.The food was very nice and variety. Most of the staff in the restaurant were nice and friendly. The room attendant was doing a great job. The shows were really nice. There are a lot of activities for everyone and especially for kids. Great swimming pool,one of them with warm water, especially that outside, wasn't very hot.

Staff was very nice 👌, food was delicious , Reception also. Guest relation team also very nice , specially Aicha noor and the Syrian lady. This is not my first time. Greats for all Team bera alanya.

We recently stayed at the hotel and it was a delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. We arrived just before the dinner was over and the concierge told us to go and have dinner first and then we could check in. The check-in process was quick and efficient, allowing me to start my vacation without any hassle. When we left at 3 am we were given a breakfast box! I have traveled all over the world and have never experienced this small gift of appreciation.

Very good food, big rooms, big area, very friendly staff

The food in total was great (breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner), fresh, good quality. Rooms are clean and everyday got new bottle of water. Staff was really kind and patient and entertainments are ensured.

It was a great experience in this charming hotel. At the check in, Mr.Ahmet was very friendly and helpful, because of him, we had an amazing stay, I can't thanks him enough. Spacious pool but no shades, very friendly animation team, and lovely atmosphere.

Excellent location overlooking the sea among the pine forest. The territory is large where to walk, children will not be bored. Rooms are not new but well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly. The restaurant has a very large selection of delicious dishes.

Special thanks go to charming and gorgeous Mrs. Yana G., senior hotel's rep, who guided and helped us throughout the entire stay. Mr. Ali, hotel's manager, is a genue professional who can customize your vacation to make it unique. Facilities are meticulously cleaned and spotless, even during off-season period, the food choices were good. Short walk, manageable even for people with disabilities, brings you to a nice beach and Maldive`s style circular peer, offering plenty of sunbathing lounges, and bar with nice sea and sunset views. Both out/indoor pools were crystal clean, you can see birds drinking from it. Over-the-water peer bar is strategically located away from the main building, so it could be very busy and loud 24/7 with parting young couples, while not disturbing people relaxing in the tranquility of main resort outdoor pool. Huge seiection of premium international drinks are part of Ultra All-Inclusive, along with a huge selection of connoisseur's alcohol beverages availabe at very reasonable fare. Endless supply of crispy snow-white towels and fresh linens - thank you to housekeeping team and hotel's management. Some of many features are: in-house spa with hamam and jacuzzi, a large shopping mall within a walking distance, ambient live music, kids club, watersport, Highly recommended place for all ages and countries, family and/or romantic holidays, even during the low season.

Workers are realy perfect and helpfull. Mr. Daimi, DJ and volleyball player Mr.Mesut are very friendly and always positive. Smile is number top rule

We liked everything - spacious clean rooms, new facilities, delicious food at the restaurant (special thanks to the restaurant staff members Buvajan, Enajan, Suhrab, Diana, Jebbar, Sultan, Dastan, Kadir, Mehmet and Karagos), ice cream at the cafe, big swimming pool, evening concerts programs, morning yoga, aqua yoga, the gym facility. The beach is not on the "front line", you have to walk about 100 meters, but they keep the hotel beach area very clean, offering also a food and beverages there which is very convenient. The freshly made traditional turkish snack "gözleme" (freshly baked bread with filled cheese and spinach) was so delicious! The hotel also threw an Oktoberfest party with the live performance of the musical band and barbeque food. We enjoyed a lot our stay! Thank you!
