The host is very hospitable who tried his best to make us comfortable.

Staff so helpful especially the man that was there at night time. He helped us find an alternative tour when pour reserved tour did not show up.

Fantastic experience at this hotel! We were upgraded to a room with direct access to the pool, and the room itself was very confortable! Loved the Turkish bath, the kids thoroughly enjoyed the aqua park and the indoor and outdoor pools. All the meals were really tasty and very sophisticated, with allergens information. We had an unforgettable vacation at Aqua Fantasy Hotel & Spa! Everything was perfect — from the friendly staff and tasty food to the fantastic water park and beautiful beach. The resort is clean, lively, and full of positive energy. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Merve, who is truly a golden girl! 🌟 She made our stay even more special by arranging early check-in, late check-out, and even upgraded rooms for us. Merve absolutely deserves to be recognized — her kindness, professionalism, and sincere smile are a treasure for this hotel! At the Seafood à la carte restaurant, Mr. Murat went above and beyond. I was fasting that day, and he prepared everything specially for me — without butter, eggs, or milk products — showing genuine care and attention. We also want to thank Mehmet from the Chinese à la carte restaurant, who was equally wonderful — polite, attentive, and always ready to make guests feel comfortable. We left with beautiful memories and full hearts. Aqua Fantasy Hotel & Spa is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and we can’t wait to come back again! 💙🌊✨

Really nice getaway hotel. In between a valley and really only about two mins from the main road to Kusadasi. The staff was young and spoke good enough English to get us by. The only ones that speak no English are the staff that bring the room service and the cleaners. However it wasn’t a problem at all.

In general, everything was very nice. Different interesting show programs were organized every evening. The rooms were cleaned every day. Each of the employees was very careful. According to the special attention, I would like to thank Ali Bey, especially from the Customer Service Department. The dishes were very tasty and the menu was updated every day. With pleasure, I will recommend this hotel to everyone.
