Kids club was huge and had a great variety of things for our kids. 8th floor been had a clear suspension ridge and a slide to go down to third floor!

Everything was great. Good location, clean, big TV, nice Wi-Fi, friendly owners, great view to the mountain. No complaints :)

The lady at the front desk is really helpful. The hotel is in a good location. Maybe a bit out of date but still a good value and comfortable place to stay. Breakfast is very good .

Great Hospitality and excellent amenities

The location is good and the stuff were nice. There is a pool and poolbar table at the hotel

Tiny little township sitting right at the oceans edge. It was very peaceful in the evening and had stunning sunset views. It was nice to have the elevator. The woman at check in was very sweet. We did not speak each others language but got along fine with a translation app. Unfortunately I was leaving early in the morning and did not have an opportunity to have breakfast. The woman checking me in felt bad about this, so she gave me a plate of fruit for my room.

Bus to Kending stops in front of hotel (Kending Police station). Night market lines the front of hotel. Many buses to Eluanbi (southern tip) or to Hengchun historical township.

Isolated location yet close to the best beach in Taiwan (Baishawan)

the owner and the staff especially ate were very accomodating...she even acoompanied me to the bus terminal.

Great location!! Simple, but lovely breakfast. The room was clean with a comfortable bed.

The owner is very friendly, helpful, and generous. The room and public areas are spotless. The location is very central with easy access to groceries and many restaurants. Hengchun itself is delightful, an authentic ancient town rather than an overdeveloped, tourist town.

The landlady is quite nice and supportive. The place is also very child friendly. I also appreciate the landlady for sharing the beers as well.

We stayed in the pet-friendly room and our dog loved it so much! The room and outdoor area is super clean and spacious, people who work there are all very friendly and nice.

The staff were so friendly, they let us check in early and gave Christmas presents to our kids! The pool was perfect for young kids as it is big but shallow. And our room was so big making it perfect for our family. Also so close to the beach.

The location and hotel are beautiful. We especially loved the swimming pool and the ocean view from our balcony. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and it was easy to get around using the hotel shuttle bus. In comparison to other places we have stayed in Taiwan we appreciated the effort the hotel goes to be more sustainable, there is fresh water available but no plastic single use bottles and there are reusable coffee pods.
