Awesome location, beach is right in the backyard. Pam, the receptionist is amazing, very accommodating and helpful. I had an amazing room, super modern and comfortable (all rooms are different ) I would highly recommend the Ocean Vista and hope to come back again one day.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom room, and it exceeded all our expectations! The room was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, even including an oven. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner, including a turkey, with ease. The best part? The ocean is just steps away, making the location unbeatable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

It was warm and inviting. It included everything you need and was clean. The space was private and roomy.

We truly loved our stay here. Beyond the magical setting and beautiful rooms, what made it unforgettable was the staff—so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Traveling with our dog, we were touched by the thoughtful gesture of providing him with his own bed and bowls, which made us feel right at home. Every detail added to the sense of comfort and care. We will definitely be coming back!

i love ocean dunes have stayed many times throughout the years. its so peaceful and close to nature and the ocean. the staff is lovely and the grounds are breathtaking. will definitely be back next year!

Rooms were stylish, large and comfortable.

This facility is exceptionally clean. The room was very large with a good view. It had a separate room with dining table, 4 chairs and pullout couch. High quality furniture. A very enjoyable visit.

Our stay at Unit 2012 Ocean Colony Beach from Aug 21–24 was pleasant overall, with a few hiccups. The unit was comfortable and well-suited for our wedding weekend, and beach access was a lovely perk. However, check-in was challenging—no staff were available between 1–3pm, and we had to flag down grounds crew to gain entry. On the bright side, the cleaning staff were consistently warm and attentive, offering fresh towels and soaps daily. A small suggestion: providing coffee grounds and tea by the machines would be a thoughtful touch for guests arriving from afar. With a few tweaks, the experience could be seamless.
