Front Desk staff - “Shelby” -was absolutely amazing, there was a hiccup with our reservation between booking .com and their computer system, but she more than made up for it and upgraded our room too at no cost to us, in fact made it cheaper, because the glitch got missed, Shelby went above and beyond to make our stay a great one, truly appreciative of how much she did to make our stay wonderful!!! She is the kind of staff member you would want to meet at every hotel, she does it right , takes care of her customers and does it with a smile 😊 on her face. Shelby !!! We had such a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they truly made us feel at home. No matter what we needed, they were always ready to help.
