The inn is delightful. It is welcoming, very clean, and very comfortable. Susanne, the innkeeper, is amazing. Her breakfasts are ‘works of art’ and she is so friendly and kind.

The rooms very comfortable and warm with the air conditioning unit quiet when providing heating for the cool night. The room must have been well insulated since the unit did not have to operate very often. The breakfast was exceptional given the price and location was convenient for I95 and the centre of Kennebunk. Staff were very helpful and the host for breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. Value was exceptional.
