United StatesThe location right on the water was wonderful. Having access to kayaks, and gas/smoke grill was also very nice. The house is wonderfully laid out. The instruction book left for guests was very helpful and served as a great resource. Plenty of the basic supplies including dishes/silverware. The firepit on the beach will fully stocked wood supply was excellent.
