Location, location and location. I'm sure in the summertime this place is hopping. So,so much to do. From the pool ( closed because of the season) to tennis and pickle ball courts, frisbee golf to basketball courts. From fire pits to horseshoe pits. From chilling on their beautiful deck to grilling on the many grills they have to use. Oh there's more.

Nicely furnished, comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need is supplied in the bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect house for a family with teens to vacation in, they took over the basement and loved having their own space. The adults liked the luxury of the upstairs…so much better than a hotel. At the end of a very quiet street and within easy walking distance to the beach!

We always stay here for the convenience and the pool. We drive up over 3 hours to spend some time on the beach and visit some of the local businesses and we love that should the weather turn we have the option for the kids to still swim

Pool was clean and the perfect size! Once we were given a different room on our second day there, we were much happier. Manager on duty was friendly and quick to make our stay better. He even gave us and other families a few extra minutes of swim time in the evenings. It was great to have a washer and dryer available and laundry service, especially since we were going to the beach every day and coming back with sandy, wet suits and towels.

We had a view of the water from our room. There is also a boardwalk you can walk to get more water views and a gorgeous sunset view. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools- my kids loved swimming in both. Our room was large and comfortable. The decor of the hotel is very unique- one of the staff described it as “gothic” but my kids alluded it to Luigi’s Mansion. While you can’t walk to the beach, it was a short drive to Pere Marquette beach which is beautiful.
