Location, breakfast, modern room and friendly staff

The staff, I can't remember her name but she was so welcoming and kind to our family. We stayed at the top floor and it was great, although lots of steps but all good. Easy to walk to the beach, removed from loud Asbury Park Beach but easy to get to. Free parking outside on the street, great made to order breakfast. Would return.

I had a perfect staying at his hotel on my birthday. All of staff are so friendly and kind. I could feel warm like a home. The hotel is so charming and fantastic view from window. The room is super clean. I enjoyed hot bath on little chilly night. Breakfast was so delicious. I was looking at sunrise from window, and then walk to the beach in a minute. I will always remember such a phenomenal scenery. I highly recommend to staying there. It will be engraved as a page in your wonderful life

Everything was so clean and spotless. The manager was on top of everything and helped me with so much as well which made the stay easy and enjoyable.

Right off boardwalk. Sea air everywhere. Lovely morning breakfast. And delicious. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Would return today! But we do plan to return...the cheese shop & Seagrass restaurant we're tops and on the same street. Staff were all wonderful.

With private passcode locks, check-in and check-out are literally as easy as punching in 4 digits, guests are free to come and go as they please without any awkward front-desk interaction. The place itself is just what you'd expect from a 100+ year old shore hotel. It's quaint, quiet, tucked away in a neighborhood which allows a short walk to the beach or to downtown shops.

Great walkable location. Comfortable common areas. Well stocked kitchen and laundry. It is advertised as a 3 bedroom, but the bed in the 3rd room is smaller than a twin. Either get rid of the desk and put a regular twin bed in there or make it an office. The other 2 bedrooms were great.

Great place! The decor in the hotel is out of tip world! Great staff. Very friendly and extraordinarily nice! Will be back soon!

I loved the seemless entry of tgehotel the cleanliness the room was super comfortable. Slept great. The bar was awesome!!!! The bar food was amazing. 10 out of 10!!!!
