The on-site management increases a sense of safety. It just so happened that there were 2 guest-related incidences that occurred during my stay, and the manager quickly and efficiently took care of both incidences. He was polite and informative, and graciously welcomed my bringing these 2 occurrences to his attention.

The location was a few steps from the beach, the Pacifica pier, the Chit Chat Cafe, and great walking trails overlooking the ocean. I loved listening to the beach waves from all locations of the home. The view was amazing. The home was extremely clean, minimally but nicely decorated, bright and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and was well equipped with quality appliances. We had an exceptional stay.

The house is in a scenic residential area of the Linda Mar neighborhood in Pacific, on a hill with the back yard overlooking part of the town and the coast. The neighborhood was quiet, but still less than a mile from the beach and convenient shopping areas. The beds and furniture were comfortable and in good condition, and the entire house was clean. The house has a compact design with everything on one floor, but the bed rooms and bathrooms still had ample space to use comfortably. The kitchen appliances all worked well, including a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The fire pit with chairs in the back yard looked inviting, but it rained most of the days we were there, so we didn't get to try it.

Great value! Very responsive to all my questions prior to arriving. Perfect size for our group of 6 adults. The view is fantastic! Every one of us enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the ease of booking, finding the home and condition of the home. The ad should also mention the very nice 2 level back yard! One of our group found a rake and really enjoyed the "zen garden" area. We will be back!

Beautiful, breathtaking outdoors. Well-equipped and comfortable indoors.

The place looks just like the photos. Very cozy and comfortable. And in an extremely safe and convenient location. Shopping outlets with everything you need right down the main road from the house. The ocean was right up the street. It was beautiful. Golden Gate Park was only 20 minutes away by car and breathtakingly beautiful especially by the Chinese Pavilion. The Bart was also not too far when needed. Parking was easy in the driveway. The host was very friendly and helpful with our needs and made us feel welcomed. It made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all we had an incredible stay.
