Everyone was so nice beautiful place

We loved everything about this place. The location is perfect—right across from Heavenly Village—and the unit was spacious, modern, and spotless. The kitchen and living area made it really easy for our family to spend time together for Thanksgiving. The amenities, parking, and overall comfort made the stay feel upscale and effortless.

The location is amazing in the right centre of the Southlake Tahoe close to mountain top gondola. Kids absolutely loved the apartment and the pool. We enjoyed playing card games in front of the fireplace.

When we arrived, there was some urgent construction underway to improve the units. While this caused a bit of disruption to our stay, we decided to check out a day early and informed the team. To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

This is self automated very cute modern and clean lodge in prime location. I was able to check in automatically door code was sent to me. I call 3 times and always got excellent help. Further I was able to park my car there a day before when I was in dire straits and needed to go to the show and there was no parking. Even if I was not a guest yet they allowed me to park which saved the show! I would go back there any time. I wish I found it earlier on my trip!

The double room we got was spacious and clean, the staff was really nice and important (for some) to mention that they have a Tesla Charger free of charge.

Great location can walk to all the casinos and shops. Nice rooms with great mini kitchen facilities. The fireplace/heater was a nice touch.

Beds were comfortable and the room was bigger than expected. Check-in was super easy. I really liked the neighborhood it was in. There’s lots of motels and you can walk to the beach. The pictures I attached her from the beach that’s just a few minutes walk from the motel. And if you get in the car, there’s plenty of restaurants and heavenly village is really close by. it’s not a super fancy hotel but for the price and a cheap place to stay it was way better than I expected. Will definitely stay again.

The location is great, the room is just stunning, the staff especially Ellen from front desk is great. She gave us the best recommendations of what to do in Lake Tahoe. We used the gym as well which was great!

Rooms are clean, staff is nice, lounge has a nice fireplace, and there is a kitchen you can use.

Walking distance to the gondola, good breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Great price for the location.

The lobby with s’mores was so beautiful and all the people working were so helpful. We brunch only this time and the restaurant never disappoints. A shout out to Stephanie in the lounge, always makes us feel welcome.

Amazing hotel!!! Amazing staff! We got a complementary upgrade to a premium king suit! What a treat to our honeymoon! Free hot cacau everyday and smors !! There is free street parking around.
