Everything was great, firstly got a free room upgrade when we got there. Very clean everywhere, breakfast was lovely and quick.

Hai, the Manager, was always helpful with a big smile, if we needed an umbrella, directions, or a delicious coffee. The breakfast was amazing with delicious fruit choices. The bed was very comfortable and very hot water for great showers. We could also borrow bicycles for free!

The house was as described - modern, spacious, comfortable, close to all local amenities. It felt like a home away from home.

The location is just perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Thao. Had an amazing 3 nights there.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Elites Riverside Hotel & Spa! The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, from the reception to the housekeeping team. The room was upgraded to a family suite with a beautiful pool and garden view, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including fresh yogurt and sweet pastries. Highly recommend for families!

Very peaceful and all staffs are very nice. Perfect ocean view from our room and swimming pool. Also got free 30mins spa complimentary and we love it so much. Would go back again if we revisit hoi an.

The service here beyond 5-star standards! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, she arranged a beautiful riverview room for me. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. I took the bike out to the beach every day, a lovely touch. The cocktails were also delicious. Truly an unforgettable experience

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to be away from the busy center of Hoi An. But close enough to get there on a Grab.

I came here for a friend's wedding and stayed for a night. This is a very nice beach resort with great facilities, a quiet garden, good view to the beach, good evening BBQ dinner, great breakfast. The room is spacious, clean and has a bathtub. The bed is very comfy and in a nice area far away from tourists. Spa is good too but couldn't manage to use it due to shortage of time.

I really enjoyed the view from the room. It was literally ”beachfront" more than I anticipated. The reception staff Hoi welcomed guests with her warm and sincere attitude all the time. I arrived 2-3hours earlier and stored my luggage, but she messaged me when my room was ready while I was outside.
