Beach Hotels in Cửa Lô

Very nice and kind owner, we requested to leave the hotel one day earlier and she gave us refund for the day we did not stay in the hotel

Stayed for a couple of nights in late September, the owner was very helpful and replied to me early in the morning through Zalo and let me check-in at 6am. The owner is very nice, she is also doing yoga. The hotel is literally next to the beach. Room is big, AC worked well, hot water, towels, drinking water - everything you need for a good rest after a road.

In the central of the Cua Lo region you just take a 5-minute walk to get to the beach. 2-bed room with private bathroom and a balcony for just VND 250,000/night. The staff daily comes and does some cleaning your room. So what are you waiting for?

Great, friendly, and helpful staff. The gym is clean and well-equipped. Nice breakfast and food at the restaurant. One can exchange foreign currencies at the reception. Although the location is far away from the center, we could easily book cars with the help from the reception.

The best thing was the staff - Thao and her family were so kind and helpful. She let us rent her motor bike for 7 USD for the day and we were able to explore the area. The place had an elevator and a great view :) . We also enjoyed the food places around the area.

This hotel is fabulous and we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and accommodating. The rooms had a beautiful view and we're well appointed and comfortable. I want to give a special shout out to Dien. She was our waitress for dinner and breakfast and she was the most attentive and kind and smiling waitress I have ever had. Management needs to recognize her for her efforts. Having said that I would like to make some suggestions to make the stay here even better: 1) hire somebody who can speak English. Thank goodness for Google Translate because I don't know what we would've done if we did not have the stool. This is a huge hotel chain that claims to have 60 properties in Vietnam but there was not one person here who can speak English and that makes it very uncomfortable. 2) we had a couple of encounters with dirty silverware, dirty plates, and the morning orange juice container that had watermelon seeds floating in it. 3) clean the carpets in the bedrooms. The comfortable chair had stains on it and there were several stains in the carpet. It is my responsibility to let you know that there are a few things that can be improved although the overall experience was fantastic .
