House by the Sea We had a fantastic stay at House by the Sea. The room was very spacious and incredibly clean, which made us feel comfortable right from the start. The internet worked well, and the air conditioning was efficient and quiet – a big plus in the heat. We were welcomed with outstanding service from the very first moment. The family who runs the place is extremely helpful and truly does everything they can to make guests feel comfortable and happy. They don’t speak English, but communication was no problem thanks to translation apps. We were so happy with our stay that we actually decided to come back again. The location is also excellent – just a short walk to the beach, and close to charming streets with restaurants and spas. We rented bicycles, which made it easy to get around the area. Overall, highly recommended. We would love to come back again. A big thank you to the family for their amazing hospitality and service!

Great place to stay in Hoi An, close to the beach. Everything is super clean, the rooms are modern and bright, and the whole area is peaceful. The pool is lovely and clean, and the place honestly feels like home especially in the mornings when breakfast is being prepared. Lan and Martin are so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. There’s also a shared kitchen downstairs, which is really convenient. We even extended our stay!

Everything was perfect. The room was super clean, the host is very nice and accomodating and the pool was a great add on. They do not have many rooms so it's a quite chill place. Super close to the beach and several restaurants and bars. I wasn't expecting much when I booked because they didn't have many reviews, but it's a place I would rebook in a heartbit, if they'd still be going when I will come back to this country.

Lovely place, so quiet, right on the beach and good value for money. I have my own room with a sink inside, bathroom was in the corridor. I did not see many people and it was like my private bathroom ! The staff was adorable. The house is in the garden of Sol Hotel and cafe so we can enjoy their restaurant, beach garden and it makes it even more enjoyable :) It s also 15 min scooter ride from Hoi An, and 30 from Da Nang MaKhe beach, very convenient and away from the crowd :)

If you are reading this and you’re thinking about staying here book it now before someone else does. I have been travelling now for two months and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed at during my trip. The owner is the nicest most helpful guy I’ve ever met and I cannot be more grateful for him being so awesome the whole time. The location is great and it is very close to the beach. The beach is nice as it is not as busy as the others and it’s cheaper overall. Also there is plenty of food options just a couple minute walk away from the hotel. If I ever come back to hoi an I will be staying here.
