Wonderfully comfortable and welcoming for the whole family. The room was amazing and well equipped, bed was comfortable. The playroom was for kids was excellent, very clean and so well equipped. The pool and spa area was wonderful. We received a welcome drink and were able to order fresh bread for breakfast. We felt so welcome, our dog included.

Everything was exceptional From the smooth check in , Car and Luggage handling , Professional staff taking care of every detail of your stay since arrival until departure ( front disk Mr.Ibrahim , all Restaurant personnel especially Ms.Marrie, and the housekeeping staff ) Clean and beautiful , spacious rooms , breathtaking lake view. Central Location close to everything. We booked half board , and special mention to the dining experience which is 7 stars and luxurious, variety , quality , taste all exceeded our expectations.
