The nicely designed and spacious rooms, former parts of a textile factory, are a great place to rest and to make a small walk to the breathtaking views of the Walensee, specially from.this side of the lake. Taking a swim at the lake from the beach side, next to the camping, with the views of the more than 2.000 metres high mountains right in front of you, super steep, is an amazing experience. The staff at the hotel was extra nice and made us feel great at the facilities. The gym is also nice, which you can access from 8 am to 9 pm in the building in front, entrance D. We didn't take the breakfast because we had still a lot of stuff from our road trip, but it looked really good. I also.appreciated the Rituals soap and.shampoo that are supplied in the bathroom, nice touch. And there is also a shared terrace at the first floor, with all lofts, that we used to have dinner with our daughter and observe the mountains, great. In the lofts, both beds are comfortable and spacious, it was really relaxing to spend time at that loft with high ceilings, nice design and comfortable and big beds. I would definitely stay here again if we plan a trip to the Swiss Alps.

- beautiful view to the lake from the room's window - large nice clean shower in the room - triple socket extension plug at the disposal - almost quiet room giving to the lake, only goat bells were heard sometimes; but quite noisy in the evening in the rooms giving to the restaurant below, quiet at night though - clean shared toilet at the 1-st floor looking almost private, all women need can be found there - welcoming attention - nice staff, arranged second bed upon phone request for a small extra fee - tea can be self-served on the 1-st floor - authentic medieval interior in public areas

A great apartment with everything needed for a family. The owner has thought of every single detail from coffee pods to olive oil which we were very impressed. Nice and cozy. Very good commute to Flumserberg ski resort by car,train or even cable car. Lovely view by the lake. Would definitely recommend. Amazing host.
