Location excellent. You can take the boat immediately to luxor temple and arrive very quickly. Car can take you very fast to all important stuff to visit in the west. The garden is very beautiful. We were treated with fruit from the palm trees. The swimming pool is excellent as one half is deeper (good for jumping) and half shorter and it also has water jets(like jacuzzi) inside the swimming pool. Personal very polite and very kind and very helpful. The owner is very friendly also. I stayed in the deluxe apartment with view to nile. The view is excellent both from terrace and the apartment (luxor temple). Dormitorys are very beautiful and stylish.
