The island was really serene, but the thing that got me most was the service and the level of sincerity that comes from the staff. They always made us feel so welcome, very well taken care of. I went there to celebrate my husband's birthday and they really took the time to make the room extra special, they did not 1 but 3 handwritten and personalized notes for us to remember the occasion. We had to buggy everywhere which was always so efficient and we never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes. We were always informed on everything, if there was any delay or surge in buggy/in-room demand so it definitely managed our expectations. Our villa was truly perfect, i think it was a little paradise near home and time felt much more slower there which is what i loved. We got to soak in every minute of the island. We went for the BBQ night at the Salt Restaurant and it was really sweet that they remembered it was my husband's bday and while we had dinner, they sang and played a saxophone wishing my husband a happy birthday. It felt truly special. I will definitely go back there if i need another retreat, it was an experience both my husband and i will never forget. Thank you, Bataran, Nono, Front Office Team, the Buggy drivers. Villa Manager for personally coming down on my last day to ask about my stay and feedback.

The room was as described and can fit 8 pax. Beds were comfortable Room was very clean Toilets were clean too Provided towels and soap as well Aircon was strong too Many charging points around Apartment was well guarded at main gate Owner was responsive, allowed early check in and even delivered toilet rolls when we had not enough.

Firstly the place was extremely clean and neat. The staff were friendly and greet you whenever they see you. They were always there to assist you whenever you need something, my request was also met . As a solo traveller I requested for a queen size bed and was met...the food was so delicious... overall best
