Park Hotel is clearly a high end hotel catering to the sufficiently affluent, with good class facilities, service and food. We were treated well even tho we had hiked for 6 hours in the snow and looked like a trio of disheveled backpackers. The staff took extra effort to explain things in English to us, even introducing the local breakfast delicacies so we knew what we were eating.

so close to the train station, had everything i needed for a quick over night stay. Will come back if i stay in Miyako next time
