Location was the best. The room, toilet and bath are very clean. Above all, the owner was very accommodating!

The location was perfect. The view was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and the fridge was large. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Small balcony to watch the sunset from. Two large beds in each room. Block out curtains and air-conditioning. A lovely bathroom with a great view. There was a washing machine, but we didn’t use it. Two separate toilets. Walking distance from a nice beach. The water was really clear and the waves were calm.

There is much care put into the place, and we can feel it upon entering. The interior is full of beautiful traditional Japanese wood work, and there are thoughtful touches through out making it a real pleasure to stay in.

This is 100% the most memorable accommodation I’ve stayed at in Japan so far, out of two trips. The host is kind, the food is incredibly good and generous portions. Great ryokan experience. ❤️ The bathrooms and bath (onsen-style) are shared, but were always well cleaned. It’s a small ryokan, so there isn’t a lot of foot traffic in these areas anyway. The bath was very relaxing. Most rooms are traditional tatami. There is parking in front of the building if you rent a car visiting Sado Island (which I heavily recommend). I would want to come back to Nanauraso when I come back to Sado.

The hotel is very near the sea and the Onsen is fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to help us clear our car of snow every morning

The house was very cozy and decorated with many cute things. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service and comfort. A beautiful, clean traditional Japanese Ryokan-style room, with various facilities like a kitchen, laundry room, a Japanese public bath, etc available. The view from the room is beautiful. Just a few minutes walking away from the Kujiranami station and the beach. A very kind host too!
