The location was great, very centric. The place itself is charming, has a very homely vibe with the pool, the fountain and lounge area with a hammock and coffee tables. The room was spacious, clean, and had A/C. The bed was comfortable and big. The staff were very attentive. They cook breakfast for you every morning with a nice cup of coffee, and you just feel like you're staying at a relative's home. We were an LGBT couple travelling and we felt very welcome. It was very quiet and it was great to rest for a few days while enjoying the city of Leon. We paid about 45$ per night in a double room with AC including the 17% tax (we had not picked this up from the Booking breakdown and it was an unpleasant surprise), which I think is still good value.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Nicaragua. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a private and intimate atmosphere that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The staff was truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The food was a solid 10/10, and the combination of the pool and the beach being just steps apart made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back.
