Comfortable spaces from bedroom to hallways, from bike storage to restaurant deck. A nice touch was having photos of birds on the room doors, complete with QR code to gain information on any of the birds. I appreciated that they offered bike rentals, and that many of the bikes they had were e-bikes.

Everything was perfect. The location, in central West-Terschelling, 5 minutes from the ferry terminal, was ideal. Fabulous restaurants nearby with fish and "vruchten van de zee". Come with, on the ferry, or hire a bike at the hotel.

Exceptionally good value. The hostel sits right on the edge of the West-Terscheling settlement. It is feasible to go on foot to/from the ferry. The view from the large shared bedrooms is onto the wadden sea. You'll be able to see tides come and go no matter the weather. The included breakfast is really good as well.

Tjermelân offers nonsmoking apartments and studios in tranquil surroundings near the Boschplaat nature reserve, the ideal place for stargazing, on the island of Terschelling.

it was a well thought out studio apartment, spacious and comfortable, with an extensive breakfast included and served in a common space. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. There was ample space to store our bicycles, including outside charging ports for ebikes. We loved that the complex has a Green Certificate ... it felt good to be there!

The modern Hotel Bornholm is centrally located on Terschelling. The surrounding area is ideal for walks and bike routes and there is a sauna, a fitness area and a Turkish steam bath.
