Excellent location, near to all strategic places in the area. Also very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, available for any need and supportive, notably the property owner, Mohammed. He took us to see the blue light at the beach during the evening and arranged our sea cruise to watch the dolphins.

Salem was the best host of our entire Oman trip. He brought us to see rescued turtles and blue tears. It was magical seeing thousands of dolphins on his boat ride. He personally made karak tea for us. When we needed his help he was always there. He had lots of tips to explore the area eg the pink beach. Dinner was a wonderful spread. We had the best briyani in the whole of Oman. Fish and prawns were very fresh. Staff was very friendly and lovely. He also has a very affectionate cat that needs a lot of attention.

We had a wonderful stay at Seeing Turtles at Ras Al Jinz Hospitality. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and you can easily walk there on your own to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and beautiful coastline. The turtle tour in the evening was a great experience. We were lucky enough to see a turtle laying eggs, which was truly special. In the morning, we even spotted a baby turtle making its way to the sea. For our children, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Oman. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, always helpful and making us feel at home. Both the breakfast and dinner were very good and surprisingly extensive, with plenty of tasty options. You should not expect a super luxurious room, the rooms are quite basic, but that honestly did not matter to us. The overall experience, the amazing location, the warm service, and the unforgettable turtle encounters made this stay absolutely worth it

The best hotel for all of our stay in Oman. We booked 3 rooms for our group of 6 people. It's not just our rooms, but the entire hotel is very clean. The bathroom was also clean and smelled great. The location was convenient for us to explore the beaches close to Sur. We went to a hidden beach called Al-Khesah which is about 30 mins drive from the hotel. The beach was pristine and completely empty. This is no doubt one of best beaches I've ever been to. It is also convenient to drive to Bidiyah from this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay. The location is excellent, the facilities are new and everything is in perfect working condition. AC is cold, the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The property is still new, very clean and in great condition. There is a swimming pool and a cozy shaded seating area available as well as the indoor reception area / majlis. The host, Mr. Abdullah, is very helpful and always available on site. He did everything to make the stay enjoyable. We were traveling over the Eid holidays and on this occasion were treated to a delicious home cooked dinner, provided by the owner Mr. Humaid.
