3 star+ for the price of a hostel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, functional and new. TV, microwave, A/C, matress, fridge. Nice neighborhood with plenty off restaurants and food outlets in all price ranges. Very clear that owner is taking care of every minute detail, all the time.
