The owners were SO hospitable….our check in time was not until 4pm (16:00) but our plane arrived at 6:30am having us at the hotel around 9:30am. Fannie and her husband Sergio not only welcomed us at 9:30am but they served us breakfast. Fannie also booked us a dinner reservation at Portofino for that night before sending us to our room for a much needed nap. She also made all of our Uber arrangements for us through her brother-in-law and he was just as awesome! They all took care of us as though we had known them forever. as family.

We loved everything about our stay. Alejandra is amazing and always ready to help. Great views, delicious breakfasts on the terrace and convenient to everything (beach, restaurants and buses). Parking was close and safe. We enjoyed New Year’s Eve on the terrace with a view of all the fireworks and made many new friends. We will absolutely be back when in Viña Del Mar!

I really liked the staff, always ready and willing to help, replying to messages very fast at any time, and truly considering options that could help with any problem you might have. The room had everything you need (mini fridge, closet, drawers). Bed was comfy and location was pretty convenient. Very happy with my stay!

Great place, highly recommended. The breakfast is brought directly to your room, which had never happened to me before, and is also quite large. It almost didn't fit on the table! The room was fine, but most of all the location was perfect. Just five minutes walk from the bus station, five minutes walk from the train station, and ten minutes walk from the city centre. If you arrive late at night, there are even some nearby places to find food, which is not common in this part of town. The staff was very helpful and had no troubles allowing me to leave my luggage for some hours after checkout. In general, a fantastic experience. I saw some negative reviews before booking, but I'm very happy to confirm that they were completely wrong.

When my Uber dropped me off here, he said that I would enjoy the neighborhood since it was safe and quiet. He was right! The moment I walked in I felt like I was in a sanctuary. This is one of the best hostels that I have stayed in this month. The kitchen is well appointed and the vibe is immaculate! If you stay here, use the space they have set aside for meditation. Brilliant!
