Everything! Location is great, they have breakfast for free in the morning, the kindest family ever. This is a little personal but I need to share this. I was sick for three days when I arrived to this hotel.. as soon as we checked into the hotel, the family could tell I was sick and instantly went and got me medicine and made me tea, and even got me a gatorade because i couldn’t eat anything. they helped take care of me without even knowing me first. not only is this hotel beautiful, quiet, 2 adorable family dogs.. nice rooms.. but also by staying here you are helping a family who puts others before themselves. i’d stay here again in a heartbeat. we recommend it immensely!

Perfect location near businesses and downtown Guayaquil in a quiet street between main roads. The place is very clean and very well maintained. I appreciate the beautiful woodwork and the sent of cedar wood in the room. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit and juices added with eggs, bacon and sandwiches. I recommend this beautiful place to anyone.
