I had a fantastic stay at Polotel Hotel in Valladolid. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience special was the warm and welcoming staff — especially the Moroccan team. Every one of them was kind, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. If you’re visiting Valladolid and want a peaceful, friendly place to stay, I highly recommend Polotel. The reception is not on the ground floor up a dirty and smelly hall. Our room was cleaned and had no cigarette smell but had no ventilation

Perfect location and very clean.

It was a comfortable room in a lovely old house. The room was tidy and clean when I arrived and the bathrooms and kitchen were kept spotless throughout my 5-night stay. The owner was friendly and welcoming. The location was a stone's throw away from Plaza Major, and the price was excellent.

The staff is super friendly and very supportive. The room is clean. Its location is near the center of Valladolid. In summary it has good value for money.

The place was easy to book and fairly easy to access. I had not issues with my room access though my students were somehow unable to get into their 4 bedroom apartment. No worries, we called and the guy came over to fix everything. The places were good value for the price and the location in the small town are was quite convenient for our visit. They invoiced for our business trip correctly and efficiently.
