I loved the feeling we received from the receptionist at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful, even with a slight language barrier. My Spanish isn't very good and she explained the instructions in English well. The feeling of a fresh and clean environment when entering the room was apparent. The room was spotless and free of any unpleasant orders, and the size of the room was adequate for the length of our stay (One Night). The water pressure and hot water in the shower were terrific. It's been a while since we've had adequate water pressure and hot water at a hotel in Spain. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs when traveling to Casco Viejo. We could take a Bus/Train/Bike to any place we wanted to visit. In addition, there were parks nearby where we could run/walk.

Juan is the best host, very friendly towards us and our kids and very helpful and eager to meet our needs. The room was even better than the pictures and was being cleaned every day. The location is ideal.

Good location - bit of a walk from the main bus station but was close to el Casco Viejo. Clean and tidy spaces and the other guests were respectful and we all kept to our ourselves. There are two bathrooms, the kitchen was great and the breakfast was lovely! Also the bed was super comfy.

Pension Casa 400 features free Wi-Fi and is located in the commercial center of Vitoria in Álava. It is set beside the medieval quarter and cathedral, just a 5-minute walk from Vitoria Train Station.
