This is a jewel, a beautiful little place tucked away just behind Autun Cathedral (but you can drive to it). It is a B&B, so you get a wonderful breakfast. The host/hostess are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They sent me on a delightful hike through the town and out into the countryside which was *exactly* what I wanted to do. At the same time, they were perfectly respectful of my desire for privacy. The room was charming and decorated with a bit of "Provencal" colored textiles. If this place is available when you are going to Autun, you should definitely reserve it.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Autun, Moulin Renaudiots - Piscine, Nature & Parc Naturel du Morvan is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden.

A historic place you have to visit and the friendly+dedicated owners are enthusiastic to share their stories of the castle with you. I believe this is a great location to stay. It’s quiet, with a clean room and relaxing to be there. Private parking , perfect breakfast, actually something to re-book. Don’t forget to visit also the beautiful surrounding area and villages for more attractions.

We had a wonderful stay in this B&B. We were allowed to enjoy the beautiful garden, spacious and full with birds. We loved the little homegarden and even though it was very warm when we arrived, the place has a large window that we could open and ventilate the whole floor with. We slept very well and would love to come back some day.
