Very pleasant hosts. Room was generous, comfortable, and highly functional. Bathroom was excellent. In an adjoining room a kitchen with microwave and coffee and tea was available although I did not use it. The host let me keep my bicycle in his generous garage, and for anybody with an automobile there was plenty of parking.

Johanna and Nicolay are the ultimate hosts. They went above and beyond during our stay. Nicolay made sure we had reservations for dinner. It was mother's day in France and Johanna gifted my wife a home made momento which was very sweet. Johanna's homemade breakfast cakes and yogurt were excellent. The little cottege we had was very well appointed and we really enjoyed staying in it. We definitely would stay here again.

We loved it there. It was so perfect. We had breakfast every morning in the garden and Claire (the lovely French lady who owned it) made many of the homemade treats. She was so helpful. She called and made reservation for the best restaurants, gave us maps, etc. it was just what our psyche needed after being in Paris for a week. So French, C’est si bon!

We loved our stay in this spacious, exquisitely decorated in a historic building with an incomparable view looking down on downtown Blois on one side and the beautiful Blois cathedral located right on the other side. This couple make the ultimate hosts - warmly welcoming us, helping us with a dinner reservation, and enabling us to make the most of exploring the medieval town during our short stay. We loved it so much, we only wish we had stayed longer!
