It was a woman, possibly housekeeping or the owner. She didn't introduce herself. The reason was an open balcony door, which I hadn't opened myself Be careful while using the plug in the ground floor near the aircon. To protect the smell in the bathroom keep some paper (always wet) on the drain

With out a doubt the best town house I ever stayed in. The place is new, the cleanliness is on par with 5 star hotels and the hosts treated all the guests like family. In the evening we all sat together in the garden. The host brought snacks, fresh grapes plucked right from over pure heads. I don’t drink but he brought wine and bear to all of us. We sat in the garden till 4 am entertaining each other with stories. He gave us cool recommendations for places to visit in Tiblisi and around Georgia. I will 100% book this place again.
