Very close to the sea, there is everything that you need for a vacation, clean, very nice and kind staff!!! And a good price:)

Best view overlooking Sarti and olive trees. Also tucked into the hill side away from town so it was very peaceful and relaxing stay. The room had all amenities to make it feel at home to prepare meals and relax in the patio.

I really appreciate the location... very quiet, with an amazing view on Mount Athos and over Sarti. Very clean, the owners very nice and the view from the room over Sarti just waw. Breakfast very good, rooms with all the facilities, I really recomand. We spend an amazing time there.

Clean towels and neat room with a kitchenette and private bathroom. It has it’s own beach which you can use umbrella and sunbed for free. Very kind and helpful host and free coffee offer every morning.

Everything. On the beach prqctically, beach is near, it is clean. Considering the price - all is perfect. Recomendations!

Evangelos host owner is beautiful soul. We'll be back. Prepared room quickly on sudden notice we were arriving. Stayed up great talk 1st night. Prepared excellent barbecue on beach, looking out at Mt Athos. Wife saidbl it was best batbecue she rver had. More good conversation. Took us to see family olive farm. Good experience, good man

We had a wonderful time! It was just what we needed. Location is exceptional! Just near the center of Sarti, next to restaurants and bars, but in a quiet private spot and with amazing private beach access. Orange beach (the preetiest beach I've ever seen) is only 10 minutes drive away. The owners are so welcoming, I've never met hosts that seemed so interested in our well being and experiance. You get a lot of privacy. We were with our baby, so the balcony as well as proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy ourselves even when she was asleep

We were accommodated in the ground-floor apartment, which was big enough, very nicely furnished, very clean, with a huge balcony. You choose from the breakfast menu they have and they bring it to your room at the desired time you want. Host was so kind and welcoming. We simply enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

This is a gem ! Located in old town but close to main road if you want to explore many many nice beaches arround. And if you want to stay in Sarti restaurants, shopping, market, bakery, beach 5-10 minutes away. Room was nice size, furniture and kitchen looks new, bad linen and pillows excellent quality, and room was cleaned daily to perfection. Lot of storage space and kitchen has everything you need, coffee maker, kattle, good sized fridge (not the small one you usually get that you cannot fit anything). We also enjoyed balkony with see view and old town and nearby beautiful church. And last, but not least, Alexandra and her son Xeno are such a lovely people, always available and responsive to all our needs. We would love to come to Sarti again and we would definitely stay here again !

Everything was almost perfect! We had a ground floor room with a view of Mount Athos, a large terrace, and everything was clean — both when we arrived and throughout the stay. (You can have the bed linen and towels changed according to your preferences.) We received a warm welcome from the hosts, who were very communicative and friendly; they guided us to the most beautiful beaches on the Sithonia peninsula. The breakfast is not very diverse, but we have to understand the Greek style, so that’s neutral for me, didn’t liked it, didn’t disliked it.
