Excellent location at walking distance from centre of Livigno, apartment done very tastefully, automatic checkin combined with owner passing by to say hi is ideal, parking at the back of building, very nice stay, only positive stuff to report, highly recommend!

everything is perfect. We booked the hotel very last minute due to the postponed event and they prepared the room perfectly! Very close to everything. Room is decent size with everything you need. Breakfast is super as well! Vey hospitable staff! We love everything about this hotel in Livigno!
