I needed a simple room for one night in that area of Pesaro, so I booked this accommodation thinking it might be a room in someone’s house. Technically, it is, but it has a private entrance and is so much more than just a room. The bedroom and ensuite bath were perfect… clean, well appointed, very comfortable. And, as a bonus, the owner was very nice and accommodating. Everything was just perfect.

B&B Suite 44 enjoys a location in Pesaro, 19 miles from Oltremare and 19 miles from Aquafan. The air-conditioned accommodations are a 2-minute walk from Levante Beach.

Everything was perfect. Good communication with the host, clean room, very generous breakfast. Very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants
