Perfect, beautiful, central location in Trapani. Kind, friendly staff. We were upgraded and had a very spacious terrace room. Francesca phoned in advance to alert us of high traffic in Trapani- it was very kind and we really appreciated it. Typical Italian breakfast was perfect, with freshly squeezed orange juice. Would recommend and stay again.

I had communication with Gary at Wts. It is faster. But before booked no answer at any questions. It was clean. Room is bright and small, oriented inside of buildings, no loud and not too much sunlight. I got everything what I expected but AC for heating not worked. I paid 30 € for night and feel frozen.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and lunch/dinner in the restaurant was fabulous. We liked the location, on the west side of the old part of town, an easy walk from most places

We absolutely loved our stay in the beautiful city of Trapani. The apartment was very clean and smelled amazing, and the atmosphere was truly enjoyable. The location was perfect — we were less than a 5-minute walk from the port, which made everything very convenient. We were able to easily visit Favignana, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, and Palermo using buses and ferries. The bus stop was also just a few minutes away. The street where we stayed was lively, charming, and full of life. We highly recommend staying in this area if you visit Trapani — it’s the perfect base to explore the region! Our host was also incredibly kind and helpful. He was always available, responded very quickly to our messages, and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly appreciated his kindness and support.

Our apartment was less than two min walk off the main pedestrian street which was full of restaurants and shops. The apartment was large and had a balcony. It was 5 min walk to beach. The owner was constantly checking by text to see if we needed anything. It was very quiet at night.

Very centrally located but far away from crowds at the same time. 5 minute walk to anywhere. Steps away from a supermarket and a nice coffee shop. The building is nice. The apartments are excellent. Clean, bright, comfortable and quiet. But none of this compares to Giuseppe, our host, who was very communicative, helpful beyond words. When we had a last minute change in plans he accommodated us for an extra day without any issues. When we needed some items on Easter and realized every store was closed, he volunteered to come over in the evening and bring us what we needed. He is excellent and you would be lucky if he is on duty when you are booking this place.

Location was great, just half a block from the main Street with restaurants. Safe for a solo female traveler.

The location near the port and old city was perfect for my needs. I liked the view of the port and the bright feel of the room with light streaming through the large windows. AC was good. Bathroom with bidet was large. Sound insulation was good. The host, Eleonora, was also very willing to address any needs. The lift was helpful with the luggage.

There was a nice clean room, well designed bathroom , good bed, and a shared kitchen-eating area.
