I really enjoyed the town and the place I stayed at. It was very quiet and lovely. Even as a foreigner that doesn't speak a lick of Japanese, the owner was very kind and thorough. He did his best despite the language barrier.

the staff in Local Local are all so friendly. Ittetsu さん Marikoさんは好い人です We were helping with all useful information. Ittetsu san help us to check our original strawberry picking booking and realized the strawberry farm we booked were out of fresh strawberries since the Kawazu Sakura full bloom the past weekend, and he helped us to book another Strawberry picking farm Baby Berry Farm which is 3 mins drive from Local local. We had the whole farm during our timeslot. Enjoyed the strawberry buffet very much Also it's walking distance to the Aono Kawa where Kawazu Sakura were full blooming during our stay. We had had a great week in Local Local.
