The location is perfect. There is a walkway down to the beach. The room have plenty of natural light and are very clean. (Water pressure in the showers is high, which was a plus for me) Easy to get to by the local transit if you are planning to (note the bus only runs four times a day). Its adjacency to the Uehara port meant majority of the tours would pick us up and drop us off from the property itself. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted suggesting restaurants, helping with requests, setting up reservations. They even drop us off at the port at the end of our stay. They had a restaurant at the rest house. The food was fresh, and delicious.

I love the fact that we were able to walk from the ferry to the hotel in a relatively short amount of time. The close proximity to the post office for the ATM and close proximity to the supermarket cannot be beat.

Great location, seconds from the ferry! Bike rentals also available. The hostess was so kind! She allowed me to arrive early and helped me with dinner reservations. I had a nice view of the sea and ferry terminal from my private room. Nice restaurant downstairs as well. The toilet is very low to the ground so if you have bad knees , this could be an issue for you! Also, the accommodation is up a flight of stairs, fyi.
