It’s not only a wonderful place, but above all, truly kind and warm-hearted people! This was our first night in Sri Lanka after our flight was delayed by 24 hours, and we couldn’t have found a better spot! Perfect place to rest and unwind. The food was delicious and full of aroma, and we received plenty of fresh fruit, coffee, tea. We felt genuinely well taken care of. A beautiful experience! I loved my stay here! The view of the mountains from the infinity pool is incredible, as is watching monkeys from your balcony, but it’s so much more than that. The people who work here are truly kind and wonderful in a way that I’ll remember for a long time. After only 2 days with Cristo and Ashok, it felt like they were looking after me like they would their own family. Cristo even took me sightseeing around town to the temples and a batik shop. Additionally, my room was spacious and clean, the AC cold, the bed comfortable, and the shower hot. Breakfast was delicious, with sausages made on the property, and I opted to have dinner there both nights, which was a treat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect nature escape I was looking for, away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. I felt taken care of immediately. It was so peaceful, lots of birds to watch and nature to gaze at. The hosts were so friendly, including their 10 month year old baby boy - so sweet! Every meal was delicious. Thusan took me and some other guests to a river near by to cool off on a hot day. I had a wonderful stay for two nights, and would definitely come back in the future.

I loved the colonial look of the hotel. It was calm and peaceful. Hotel is Infront of the lake. The food was amazing. You should try their dishes. Staff was very caring. Steward Suranga was very helpful during our stay.
