A Mexican authentic family home turned into a family run guesthouse run by an amazing family. The emphasis on family, because you will really feel part of it from day 1. One block away from the lively Malecon where you can watch beautiful sunsets and enjoy the Pacific Ocean coming in. Facilities like a bus station or an OXXO store are all less than a minute walk away. Even though it's very close to the busy area's of Puerto Vallarta, once you close the doors of your room you transfer into a serene space where you can rest from the day's activities. Not sure what to do? Ask the host or one of the members of staff. They have been very open and helpful and will give you a very extensive list of things to do and experience in the area. I know that if I am ever in the area, I will stay here again! Thank you, Sebastian and everyone!

Julia the owner was really helpful and kind and always with a smile. The best accommodation we had in our holidays. The rooms are cozy with beautiful decoration. Price really affordable. Beds are really comfortable. And location in the mean road. We didn’t have problem with noise and beach is 6 min away.

Mattias, the owner, was super friendly, responsive, and responsible. I found interactions w him over WhatsApp and in person to be always pleasant. I first booked 2 nights and extended 2 more, making up my whole stay at San Pancho. The accommodation is extremely central, so as a female solo traveller I felt safe walking everywhere at night and coming home. The place is simple and clean. It is down an alleyway (see photo). It is a new establishment so facilities in the rooms may be limited (one or two light source) however the price and location are great and suitable for an easy traveller. There’s also a common area and you can hang on the hammock. Bring some mosquitoe repellent or Mattias can lend you a spray for the room (I just closed my windows). I wish Akali all the best in the future, it is clear that Mattias and team will go the extra mile to make your stay lovely. Thank you for everything, your kindness was a gift to me.

We loved to stay in Casa María Malecón. It is right in front of the Malecón, walkable distance from everything and easy access as well. Our beds were comfy, the room was fresh because of A.C and Sebastián was a very welcoming host. Overall, great experience, we will definitely come back soon!! Thank you!
