It is located in the heart of the old city. This is both good and bad. Good because everything is within walking distance. Bad because there is only limited (nonexistent) street parking. The facilities were charming in an old Mexico sort of way. Everything worked and was comfortable. Security was excellent!

I only stayed one night and left very early in the morning. I thought the location was excellent, as was the communication with the staff. Place was very clean.

The room, house, shared lounge spaces, etc were even more gorgeous in person. Kevin and Humberto treated us like family with amazing recommendation and local tips for amazing food. The neighborhood around the house has amazing and unique coffee shops, boutiques etc.

Friendly, low-key, with very well-maintained rooms that were very soundproof from outside noises. We had a room on the street, and immediately below the bar, but basically could hear neither with the window shut.

Absolutely stunning location near some of the best coffee and food all around. Enjoyed the place a lot, simple, and effective.

For the price point, a fantastic hostel experience and probably the best deal in Querétaro.

Old lady did not speak any English! I Gave her money, passport and reservation. This was still not good enough for her!!! She insisted on some weird number, not in the reservation printout! And she still did not let me in for half an hour !!!
