We loved everything! The location is perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and little convenience stores. WIFI is GREAT especially for remote workers. Has a little outdoor gym and a nice space for lounging, working, and whatever recreational activities you might have. The staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Room was spacious and exactly as what you see in the pictures, linens are great and bed is comfy. Airconditioning is nice and quiet. This place is perfect if you’re looking a bang for your buck! We had a nice stay and it made our Port Barton experience even better.

A beautiful stay in Port Barton that perfectly balances convenience and tranquility. The cottage was lovely, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent—close to all the lovely restaurants and attractions in town, yet tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful and quiet environment. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with great hospitality in Port Barton, I would highly recommend Maison Payapa. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

A laid-back location on a great surf beach. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. No need for shoes here, so relaxing. Great little restaurant a few doors down on the beach if you fancy a change but the food here is very good.

We stay here often when we visit port Barton. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful and the rooms are everything you need. They are clean and well thought out. Its a great place especially for the price.

Very nice place, quiet and close to the beach. The family that owns the business have their own boat, they helped us with transfer and trip on the water and also with scooter rental. I recommend them!

If you are looking for a typical local place you are in a right spot. Not far from St. Vincente and the beach. You can also cook your meal.

A perfect stay at Christmas - John made it extra special with a Christmas Eve party which was lots of fun! Accommodation is simple and rustic, ours was like a treehouse with a hammock and sea view amongst gardens and palm trees... for it was idyllic and utterly perfect. There's plenty of spaces to relax under coconut trees and on the beach. We enjoyed the peaceful vibe, exactly the low-key we needed to disconnect and unwind on a stunning tropical island. There's also kayaks, SUPs and 4x4s to rent, walks to waterfalls, boats trips and massages. The food was mostly very good - lots of European options (but obviously don't expect the exact same standard as at home). The cocktails were amazing and staff very helpful!

These bungalows definitely have the best location in Port Barton, overlooking the entire bay, yet only a short stroll along the beach into town. The bungalow is very well designed, it stays cool so no need for AC. The kitchen is functional and the living room and bedroom are spacious. Plus there's gardens front and back. The bungalow is functional and very good value. Plus Walter is an excellent host, very kind and thoughtful. There's a small building for supplies, including drinks and the viewing terrace is the perfect place to unwind with a drink. The views are the real selling point though; stunning.
