The host was very polite and accommodated an extremely early check-in with no advanced warning (I was in front of the property when I made the booking at 9am due to desperately needing sleep before driving 9 more hours). The host at Micul Maramureș is probably the nicest and kindest person I've ever met at an accommodation. She really made us feel welcome and she showed us around the place. The garden is excellently equipped, with a kitchen, a pool, a playground, a ping-pong table, a foosball table, bicycles and picnic tables. Basically, all you could want. Definitely recommend staying here!

The house is absolutely beautiful—made with love, great taste, and attention to every detail. The beds are very comfortable with high-quality bedding, it’s quiet, and there is a large parking area. In winter the house is well heated and has warm floors, which makes it especially cozy. Everything is spotless clean. The host, Cristian, is incredibly welcoming, and he is also an amazing chef. He impressed us with his knowledge of dishes from cuisines all around the world. He is very open, warm, and pleasant as a person. We spent our best weekend in Romania staying at his place. The house is located in a charming small town, about 40 minutes by car from Sinaia and around 1.5 hours from Bucharest. Highly recommended—this is a wonderful place to stay!
